Program & Project Management

Our approach to program management reflects our ability to coordinate and prioritize our vast resources. We also manage programs across numerous markets which ensures that resources are directed at the needs of our clients.

Energy - Programs can take on many forms and include multiple types of installations. Some include many single projects of a similar type, such as retrofitting the same type of air quality equipment to many generating units at multiple sites. A program can also include managing different types of technology additions to a group of units at one site. Other programs may involve delivering a series of units to a single client over a period of time. We coordinate of all the engineering, procurement and construction including cost and schedule.

Water - The need for water is increasing globally, but treating and delivering it is becoming increasingly complex. Utility leaders face tremendous management and operational challenges. 3INSYS has the necessary knowledge to help clients achieve effective program management. Our program management "tool box" includes software, procedures and processes for efficient management of staff, schedules and budgets.
